Our objective is to create value by acquiring and developing well-located, fundamentally strong real estate assets for 1- to 10-year holds. Our investments include:

Investment Profiles:  Stabilized, distressed, development, and redevelopment

Location:  Primary and secondary markets across the Southeastern U.S.

Size:  $1 million – $20 million

Hold Period:  1-10 years
