Lumpkin, Live Oak Acquire 63,000-Square-Foot Self Storage Facility in Seneca, S.C.
Lumpkin Development and Live Oak Capital Partners are pleased to announce the purchase of their newest self-storage project, a 63,000-square-foot facility located at 640 Business Park Dr., just off Wells Hwy. and close to downtown Seneca, S.C.
The property was previously operated under the name of Storage 1. It includes four buildings with climate-controlled and drive-up storage, more than 30 parking spaces, and room to expand. Renasant Bank provided the debt financing for the project.
The facility will be managed by Southeast Storage.
